- Set up an IQA query to alert you to any products that are missing Income Account codes.
- Ensure that you have the appropriate DueTo-DueFrom records set up, assuming you configured iMIS with multiple entities.
- Review Financial Settings to ensure best practices.
- Export to GL on a monthly basis.
- Import the GL file exported from iMIS into QBO.
- Year-end reporting.
- We can also support FinanceSYNC if you are licensed for it.

Is BookSlayer only for iMIS users?
No – although we specialize in working with iMIS clients, we also know how associations run their businesses. Therefore, we will gladly work with any trade association or professional society.
Is BookSlayer only available to associations?
No – while we specialize in working with associations, we will take on other types of not-for-profit and even for-profit clients.
Can we keep our current account?
Absolutely! We work in collaboration with your accountant to keep everything seamless.
What does onboarding look like?
We’ll start with a discovery call, review your current systems, and create a custom plan, tailored to your specific needs.
Which accounting packages do you support?
At this time our support is limited to QuickBooks Online.
Do you charge by the hour?
No – we charge a flat monthly rate based on several factors. We take into account the number of bank accounts you have, the number of QuickBooks Online subscriptions you have, and your monthly volume of transactions to be entered. With this information we are able to calculate a flat monthly amount to be charged.
